Brent,
You hit the nail on the head. The reason I won't instruct in an
aircraft after I do a test flight and before the test period is over is
if anything happens its me that gets the sanction. There is written
guidance not to instruct, the EAA and flight advisor policy is not to
instruct during the test period, and the FAA has allowed owners to
charge for the use of their experimental a/c for instruction for the
purpose of transition training of pilots for this reason.
