I bought my IVP from the original owner and retrofitted the A/C in a
completely finished and flying airplane. The retrofit installation is
routine, and didn't take long--a couple of days is my recollection. You
could finish your plane and fly it to make the determination without any
penalty. Charlie Kohler was involved with my purchase, and could give you
details on the A/C as well.
