Couldn't agree more with Jeff Edwards - particularly in regards to not
picking up a dropped wing with the ailerons. Trying to lift the dropped wing
(the one that stalls first) means that the aileron is deflected downward,
increasing the angle of attack on that wing, pushing an already stalled wing
further into the stall regime.
Tough to remember the above if a wing drops abruptly at the stall, best to
have practiced a recovery technique so it's almost reflexive.
