Thanks for the clarification on the radiator size and the hose sizes. Yes, I need the space. So a radiator of about 3x18x22 would fit better and be about the right size?
That should be adequate provided you feed it plenty of air and dont want to run crazy amounts of boost.
Is the 16 and 20 AN16 and An20?
That is correct.
I'll get a slightly bigger intercooler than the stock 91 RX-7.
I'm not knocking the stock intercooler - cant beat free and compact.. Again, it depends on desired boost and how much air you feed it as well.
