What voltage does your battery see when you're flying? Is this within
the manufacturer's recommended charge range? Where are your batteries
mounted? Are they in the cabin, or in the cowl? What temps do they see
in summer/winter? Mark -----Original Message-----

Is your internally regulated alternator adjustable? ==============================================
No, but seems to charge my Odessey just fine. Have checked the amp-hours
in the battery after airplane charged and after charging with a very
fine
charger that compensates for temp of day, type of battery , and it shows
the same amp-hours in the battery.
Is there something I am missing why I need an external regulator?
