No, but seems to charge my Odessey just fine. Have checked the amp-hours
in the battery after airplane charged and after charging with a very fine
charger that compensates for temp of day, type of battery , and it shows
the same amp-hours in the battery.
Is there something I am missing why I need an external regulator?
