Jesse,  this site has been mentioned  before by Leon.  I have used it extensively in building my intake.  There are several related articles such as how to build a fuel rail. Once you are there you can click on the  different articles.   Gives actual dimensions such as the fuel injector boss should be .540 to .545 i.d. to provide proper crush for the o-ring.  Pretty much everything is covered.       Jerry

I'm working on a method to make bosses out of 1/2" tube (cause I have some in stainless laying around).  My current thinking is a rubber spindle on a bolt.  Crank it down till the steel expands a bit.
