Lancair IVP 60%

Am at the stage of mounting my antennas. The TCAD  has a top and bottom.
The bottom is being mounted ahead of the spar box just behind the fuel
selector valve and the top as near vertical over it on top of the fuselage.
An external com antenna is being mounted about the center of the gear box
and the stormscope antenna almost under the elevator pressure compensator.
The two GPS, ELT and an internal com antenna in the dorsal and vertical fin.
I have been told that no additional ground plane is needed if good contact
with the carbon fiber is assured using a conductive silicone.  I have a roll
of 2" aluminum self stick tape that I am considering sticking to the inside
just as insurance.
