Berni, I'm enclosing the section from the builder's manual for reference; also, there was a dialog on this in the last year that you can search in the LML archives; and finally, I'll add my opinion (which others in the dialog endorsed) that the easiest way is to pump fluid in at the bottom (at the caliper) and let it go uphill through the system and out through the brake reservoir.  This can be done by one person in fairly leisurely fashion and just requires an oilcan or similar pump and a hose (typically tygon tubing) that fits over your pump and the caliper bleeder nipple.  The more complex procedure discussed in the manual will work but requires two people operating in sync and the results are the same.
