Bernie, the full procedure is in the build manual and I can send if you like; but in brief, the stock Legacy landing gear hydraulic system is considered self-purging and if you cycle the gear a few times it should get rid of air bubbles by itself -- and that's what the manual recommends. Just keep an eye on the reservoir to make sure the fluid level doesn't get too low. Fluid type is same as brake system, see enclosed snippet from builder's manual.
