From the talk we had here from a drone pilot, the cameras are quite capable of recognizing people on the ground so flying a mile higher with the large legacy canopy could lead to a recording that is certain to become viral.  The work-around suggested is to fly higher than the fl190 drone standard, say fl200 or above.  Of course, oxygen masks could be a problem for some.  We have to adapt with changing conditions in aviation.
