I asked Orin what oil cooler to use in my non-turbocharged 360.  He said he used the Stewart Warner 10599 / Positech 4215 in his turbo-normalized 360.  (Actually, he underlined the part number in the Aircraft Spruce catalog without specifying which manufacturer.)

The Positech 'catalog' I got at Oshkosh made it look like a larger cooler than I expected -- looks like about a 15 vane cooler but that might just be the illustration -- so I wondered what y'all were using.

(Orin -- don't interpret this as my not trusting your advice.  If that were the case, why would I continually be hounding you with questions???)

Concerning diffusers (air inlets to the cooler) I saw the 4-seat Diamond Katana had a nice fiberglass one.  The Katana guy gave me the phone number for the factory and said they used two different sizes.  When I get further definition on what size cooler I need, I'll call them and see if they have a premade part that will work for us.  Also the price.  If it's cheap enough I'll just buy it from them.
