I had the honor of sitting in Hal Woodruff's 360 at Oshkosh. His seats were the most comfortable of any I've ever sat in, which is saying a lot because all the 320/360's I've sat in have been very comfortable. Hal graciously provided the name and number of the guy in Chino who made them for him.
The man is Manuel Solano and he works at Chino Aircraft Interiors, telephone 909-393-5814. The cost to have a pair of leather-covered seat cushions made up for a 360 is $1600 (or $1400 if you have the conforfoam already). He will make up the seats with or without your aircraft actually being there. I'm reasonably local and have a trailer all set up for the Lancair, so I'll bring it down there. It takes about a week to make the seats.
As a comparison, Oregon Aero sells precut foam (you have to get it upholstered) for $385 per seat, but the picture in the catalog makes it look not as nicely sculpted, though I'm sure they would be adequate.
