Charles, my arm style is no longer current according to TruTrak. They will rebuild the entire servo for $200 if I wish. The screws I showed are intended to shear if the actuator locks up. Just force the roll and break the connection. Trutrak wrote and said brass screws were older style and they recommend nylon now if I wish to replace them. In my other autopilots (Honeywell) there is a clutch mechanism to do this but of course with all the cost of Honeywell. The nylon fix is definitely workable for me. I really do like the Trutrak products and support. I used an extractor to remove the three little broken studs in the hub and it looks brand new now. Thanks for that photo.
