They = will rebuild the entire servo for $200 if I wish. The screws I showed = are intended to shear if the actuator locks up. Just force the roll and = break the connection. Trutrak wrote and said brass screws were older = style and they recommend nylon now if I wish to replace them. In my = other autopilots (Honeywell) there is a clutch mechanism to do this but = of course with all the cost of Honeywell. The nylon fix is definitely = workable for me. I really do like the Trutrak products and support. I = used an extractor to remove the three little broken studs in the hub and = it looks brand new now. Thanks for that photo.
