Scott Dahlgren has a good point. Latex gloves won't stop methylene chloride. The gloves he suggests should be good for that -- I don't really know whether nitrile or butyl is best, but I know latex won't do.
I find that the heavy chemical resistant gloves are hard to work with. I put them on to do my MC wiping, then take them off and go to the latex gloves for the epoxy/fiberglass work, and change those frequently.
(Obviously it's been a slow day at work for me...)
