Use the metal pizza roller from Lancair for cutting wet glass, and store it in a jar containing methylene chloride after you finish the layup, but before the fiberglass sets up.
I've been using white vinegar to clean up after my epoxy - works really well and doesn't smell horrible (if you like vinegar on your chips). I keep a plastic Tupperware-type container next to the work area and throw used squeegees, scissors, etc. into it after use. The next day I wipe them down and they're ready to go.
I found out the hard way that you can't do that with a pizza cutter. I had the plastic-handled one from Aircraft Spruce, and the blade completely disolved into a black sludge. Be warned. Otherwise, vinegar & water makes a great cleanup solution.
