The 2nd Columbia has been delivered and is based somewhere in the area of
Kansas City.
The next plane to go out will be flying in July with delivery anticipated in
August.
.
The recent lawsuit against the Maylasian parties never went to hearings. It
was settled, and promptly. That's a  good sign. Prompt settlements seldom
occur without the plaintive being accommodated.

I see the name change to "The Lancair Company" as a very positive sign. If
my name were Lance, and I felt the company was in jeopardy I'd leave its
name as is (as was?), Pacific Composites Corporation aka PAC USA.

That 3rd production plane is to be flown from Bend to Europe with no ferry
tanks!
