That's a good sign. Prompt settlements seldom occur without the plaintive being accommodated. I see the name change to "The Lancair Company" as a very positive sign. If my name were Lance, and I felt the company was in jeopardy I'd leave its name as is (as was?), Pacific Composites Corporation aka PAC USA. That 3rd production plane is to be flown from Bend to Europe with no ferry tanks!
