Just another voice to boost Vern, Bob, Carin and the bunches egos. I think
they do a great job, some of their problems stem from the vendors, and I
appreciate their candor in all my past deals.  I'm close enough to fly to
Redmond on occasion, (35 min) so if this helps any of you builders.
