ask Charlie Kohler----
We've all
heard the story of a Lancair or Glasair being assembled without the peel-ply
being removed. Does anyone know first-hand if this story is
really true?

So far the best
suggestion that I have heard is to contact the local EAA Tech Counselor if the
builder will not listen to you. That was a good idea and I should have
done that.
I suppose that, as a last resort, one might also try
contacting the kit manufacturer. They certainly have a vested interest
in their airplanes not crashing. Any thoughts on this one?
