Most of the Lancair and Glassair owners in my area simply put a Tygon, or equiv. tube on the bottom of the seperator to collect the condensed oil, rather than return it to the engine ( a much simpler solution). The amont of oil is very small and can simply be drained at oil change time. ( I forgot to mention that they also normally keep the bottom of the tube plugged, but then, you knew that).
