My pilot side gear door makes contact with one of the brake bolts which is
causing a notching of the gear door. When the airplane is up on jacks and
the gear is cycled there is about an inch of clearance between the points
of contact, so it must be the air load that is pushing the door against
the bolt. During construction reinforcements were made to stiffen the gear
door. Suggestions?
