I didn't look for any before 1990 and I believe the 105 are only in the US.

PS  This stuff takes a lot of time and some good tweezers to get the information together.  I am sure there are better database engines that could better dig out the true numbers.  What I got is close enough is close enough for me to think about.  Gee, incorporating FlightAware data for analysis on IFR flights is a great step - Maybe when we get to next stage where each flight is recorded, IFR and VFR, even more will be known.
