The guidance on producing Limitations for Operating Amateur-built
Experimental aircraft has been standardized a little more than in the past
with the latest Order 8130.2F  including Chg 1.

If the intent of that Order is followed, most new limitations, and if you
read real close, those limits issued in the past, probably have the last
limitation paragraph stating:
(28) The pilot in command of this aircraft must notify air traffic control
of the experimental nature of this aircraft when operating into or out of
airports with an operational control tower.

When filing IFR, the experimental nature of this aircraft must be listed in
the remarks section of the flight plan.

All I can say is to encourage all reading this to carefully look at that
last limit issued to your aircraft and see if it resembles the statement
above.  If so, You are required to make a remark even though LNC2 is notated
elsewhere.
