The Cessna Pilots Association recommends:
-mixture cutoff
-throttle fully open
-run boost pump high for two minutes
-mixture full rich until fuel pressure peaks at 6 pounds of fuel per mintue
-turn boost pumps off
-switch tanks
-start
-use low boost pump if needed to keep engine running

this works well with the TSIO-520.  In the T210, the throttle must be open to allow fuel to circulate and purge the vapor
