The Cessna Pilots Association = recommends:
-mixture cutoff
-throttle fully open
-run boost pump high for two minutes
-mixture full rich until fuel pressure peaks at 6 = pounds of=20 fuel per mintue
-turn boost pumps off
-switch tanks
-start
-use low boost pump if needed to keep engine=20 running
 
this works well with the TSIO-520.  In the = T210, the=20 throttle must be open to allow fuel to circulate and purge the=20 vapor
