Where is Sporties Pavilion Jim?
Another backup to the gear down (maybe) is a gear horn or light
connected to a flaps position.  When the flaps pass a position of your
choice, the warning device is activated if the gear is still up.  If
you are executing a flaps up landing, this warning system is not
backing you up with any warning device.  Be watchful.
