 I spoke with AOPA in MD today and their airspace guru (who flys his Seneca in
the low to mid 20's) has not heard a word about this restriction.  I deleated
the original post and could not tell him the source.  Would someone kindly
send me a copy of the e-mail that started the brouhaha?
