Pleeeeeeeease..... You can only climb if you have power in excess of
that for level flight. You can momentarily climb by trading airspeed for
altitude - maybe a good way to quickly reach best glide speed if you
were racing along and had a sudden catastrophic engine failure - but I doubt
that that is the normal scenario.
