It oughta do 353K true at 17.5.  That's about 260k indicated.  Legacy doing 350 mph at reno = 304k true at 5k, or indicated of about 276k.  Surely the tubine is making more power than a souped-up turbocharged 550.

Maybe Jim means 3300 fpm and 253KTAS at low power settings?
The thing won't do 353KTAS at 17500'
