Eric, this would have to be confirmed by someone w/ more experiance than I
but, When I was an a/c fuel they loaded the 747's in the h-stab w/ fuel as
well. However If I'm not misstaken it was the first fuel to be burned as it
could create a problem later in flight if say they burn the forward tank
first.
