I have the same problem on my Glasair.  I just had the vernatherm replaced at annual and still no luck.  My gauge was verified, so I'm definitely running around 210-220 even with low outside temps.  The real problems occur on extended climb out during the summer months.  I have looked at my installation versus other experimentals and it looks virtually identical.  I am wondering if I should add another inlet to join with the single 3" tube, or can I buy a bigger oil cooler?
