One small point regarding the outer gear door. Keep in mind that it will
eventually be hinged at roughly 1" inboard of the outside edge. Also, when
the outboard gear door opens, it opens beyond 90 degrees.

The portion of the inboard gear door just inboard of the hinges will
eventually be swinging down and out, and so must be smaller front-to-back
than the portion just outboard. Otherwise the door will bind when it opens
fully. Another way of saying this is that both the leading and trailing
edges of the outboard gear door must taper slightly toward the center of
the aircraft.

Also, be sure to make your cut through the outboard-most edge of the cutout
at a slight angle so the edge of the door won't bind with the edge of the
hole when it opens.
