the 500 to 600 Hp range is noted.

Let me specifically answer your direct question:

"... Anyone out there ever heard of Fatigue Cycles?"

I suspect that I am the only person participating on this forum who has ever
actually conducted an FAA approved crankshaft certification test and
obtained approval of  a crankshaft, so, yes, I think I may have heard of
fatigue and how one shows compliance with the FAA's requirement for fatigue
testing.
