Dave,  My thanks as well for leading the charge.  I'm still a long way away
from flying my IVP - 90% done and 90% to go, but would be interested in such
a fine program.

I concur with those who say - keep it to the minimum you can negotiate with
the insurance company and then encourage additional training for all who see
the value.  Possibly, it would be beneficial to give the instructional
pilots some  leeway to require more or less training depending on the
demonstrated skills and proficiency of the instructee.

all in all, you have a wonderful idea here.  I suspect that the  WBS program
helped to soft pedal the Bonanza "Doctor Killer" moniker.
