Gary Edwards of Medford, Oregon was in town, stopped by to see my project
and we got caught up on airplane stories.  One of the first things he saw
was the gaps on my elevators were too close.  And Gary ought to know, his
235/320 has won several Grand Champion awards.

"After final prime and ready to shoot color and clear coats there should be
at least clearance for a Epoxy/Popsicle stick".  Can you imagine completely
building your airplane, painting it and finding out all the clearances are
wrong?  Sick puppy!

Just wanted to make the point that you should take any opportunity to avail
yourself of the experience of those who have gone before us.
