I am looking for someone that has used the (EIS) engine information system.
Their company propaganda looks good. Now I am looking for what is reality
with this system.<<<<

Randy,
I have used the original EIS in my Moni motorglider for the last 7 years.  I
liked it so much, I put a PAIR of the Advanced EIS's in my new 360 panel
built by David Buckwalter at Avionics systems.  I have flown with it for a
year now and think it is great.  It is all digital (no analog display), but
I find it very easy to adapt to and read.  On the two instruments, I display: left fuel, right fuel, header fuel, fuel
flow, total fuel remaining (via the totalizer), endurance, high CHT, high
EGT, Manifold Pressure, RPM, Fuel Press, Oil Temp, Oil Pressure, and Flight
Timer.  All other critical functions are monitored in the background (volts,
etc).  The display (and warnings) are very flexible through user settings.
You can also scroll through other display pages.  David had aluminum masks
black anodized and custom silkscreened with labels for the items above that
I display on the default pages.

The quality of the components is very high, and customer support from Greg
Tollman (the owner) has been great.

See the link below for a picture of my panel
