I am using the Desser tires now and I think they are MUCH better then the Cheng Shins.  I also had a sidewall failure with the cheap tires, and I also had them wear out rather quick.  The Desser tires are wearing better.   But, I think the real question is tire pressure.  I have been playing around with different levels.  The higher pressure makes the tire look better (not flat all the time), but it does wear the center tread quicker.  So,  what has everyone found to be a neutral tire pressure?
