I disagree to not having an attorney present in all meetings.  My
experience has been that without counsel you will open mouth and insert
foot.  I have never   been to a meeting with a large corporation where a
potental lawsuit could result and they did not have legal counsel with them
to advise.  Never be put in a position where the other side has more brains
and gun power than you do unless you can't afford it.  If you have a
meeting without legal counsel for your side you are making a mistake and I
would not be interested in helping or providing money necessary to take on
a company like this.  Ask anyone who has been involved in lawsuits or
settlements and you will find that an attorney is necessary.  Yes it takes
money but that is what this is all about.  I don't know if it pays to go
after Continental but only a good attorney present at any meetings can tell
whether you have a case or if the other side is going to do anything to
help you.

Comments and other opinion appreciated
