Guys,

The way to get TCM's attention and interest in resolving these issues is
to have an attorney who is knowledgeable in aviation write a letter
requesting a meeting at Oshkosh to discuss the problems. EAA has these
kinds of attorneys in its database. TCM is not stupid and knows when it
receives a firm but friendly letter from an attorney requesting its chief
executive be present to listen to the concerns, that action is preliminary
to a law suit. The smart CEO will attend so that decisions can be made
without going to court;  the dumb ones will not. You will know two things
at this point: first, you will know whether you have to fight. Second,
you will know if the company is smart or dumb.  Then you will be in a
position to determine if you want to have a dumb engine company supply
your life saving engine.
