TCM is not stupid and knows when it receives a firm but friendly letter from an attorney requesting its chief executive be present to listen to the concerns, that action is preliminary to a law suit. The smart CEO will attend so that decisions can be made without going to court; the dumb ones will not. You will know two things at this point: first, you will know whether you have to fight. Second, you will know if the company is smart or dumb. Then you will be in a position to determine if you want to have a dumb engine company supply your life saving engine.
