Interestingly, German manufactured circuit breakers of, of course, excellent German quality which are identical in shape and size to PB are available from any Mooney Parts and Service Center.  You can't buy them from the factory in Kerrville, however.

I bought mine from Byerly or Bryerly Aviation Peoria (PIA).  These are very reliable breakers.  I used an 80 as a master in my LIV.  An alternate source would be from a aircraft junk yard.  There are many recent vintage mooneys in these yards, and they have these breakers.  Interestingly, I told someone at the factory of the availability of these, but it must have been forgotten....

The 50 Amp P+B is not enough.  I blew one on landing once when I flipped the hyraulic pump on.  The 80 amp solved that.   I also have the Mexican-made fusable link fuses inline from the alternator (an installation that Lancair seemed to recommend)
