Subject: [FlyRotary] heater cores and fan units
Paul Conner,
Back in January you posted information about a heater unit with integral fan
from Northern Factory Sales. Measured about 7x7 inches.
What does it weigh?

Hi, Bill...It weighs just under 5 pounds on my bathroom scale. I am, however
replacing the heavy fan motor that come with the unit with one of those
multi-blade thin cooling fans like they use to cool computers, etc (except
that it is 12 volt), and I am going to throw away the steel case and make it
out of either aluminum or fiberglass. That will get it down below 3 pounds.
Hope this helps? Paul Conner, Leaving for Sun-N-Fun on Thursday morning.
