I know of some nice large new hangars that will be available in a few months for the paltry sum of $1650/mo. if you are interested.

Ah-h-h-h; I don’t think so.  At least not until I get my new Citation.

You can get the same hangar without a wait at Fallbrook for $600.  These are apparently big enough for 2 small planes.  Square hangars with automatic openers and all.  Would you be interested in splitting one of those?

I’d take you up on that in a minute if the runway was 1000’ longer.  It’s the closest airport to my home, but 2100 ft. is just too short for comfort for a 1st timer with a Velocity, and it does get pretty hot there some days.

After being on the waiting list for 7 years, it looks like I’ll have the choice of one of the old T-hangars at Oceanside in a month or so.  2715 ft runway, but at sea level and rarely over 80 degrees.  The roof may leak, and the door may not work properly; but it’s “only” $400/mo.  Still, I’ll be doing my test hours at Ramona – 5000 ft runway.
