I am currently using Mobile 1 as my break in oil

Hi Ed,

I meant to comment on this before.   I was glad to see that I'm not the only one who chose to use Mobile 1 for break-in on a freshly rebuilt engine.  I've got about 7 hours on mine so far, and if there's  a problem with it, I sure don't know about it.  I'm running it pretty hard now, too.  If there was a problem, I wonder what it would be?

BTW, I have a 90 gallon tank and pump on my truck, so no leaded fuel for me so far.  On the slim chance I actually go somewhere, I'll use 100LL, but only when necessary.

I'm curious, have you sneaked those odd plugs back in there yet :-)

Rusty

Not yet, Rusty.  I aim to screw them into the turbo housings one more time - just to convince myself the first time I did and found them 5mm away from the combustion chamber - it was accurate.  But, Yes, I do plan on trying them out as I think they will last longer between events of SAG than the stock shrouded plugs.
