Unlike the RV wing tanks, my RV-3 fuselage tank is quite tall (maybe 24").

I'm wondering where to put the fuel return. Normally submerged near bottom of tank? Near top of tank?

I'm thinking that if I put it near top of tank, the returning fuel will have a bigger chance of evaporating  and going out the tank vent.
Not a factor?
