Thanks guys, I ended up sending the money for 2-week air at $118 AU so I
guess it wasn't that bad of a deal.  He also signed up for paypal(the just
opened it up to Australia and I should have the manifold in 2 weeks.  If it
fits as well as it appears it might, I'll have the TO4 up and running a
couple weeks after that, I may even be able to add a nice big wastegate.

USPS.com shows Global Guaranteed to Aus. at $181 for 25 lbs.

If you are shipping from the US, it might be worth reading up on the
guarantee. (hint, hint)
