I would highly discourage this too since it adds complication to the fuel
system and I have not identified a real idle problem to begin with. The
latest version of the EC2 has differential injector flow rates so you could use
smaller primaries and larger secondaries if idle was a big concern. The
RX-8 (Renesis) uses this arrangement.
Every instance of idle problems that I have looked at so far was due to
either bad EC2 setup or injector location (far from port).

Replying
to my own e-mail- after I posted the drawing, I continued to
mess with the design and came up with a solution which is simply to
angle the injector bosses and leave the fuel rail
straight. This will
allow me to use both injectors. The
revised drawing is attached.
