A followup to another thread in which dyno time was mentioned, and a cost of $400 was thrown out there.. A respondent claimed that they could build their own dyno for that amount.
I would like the info and details regarding that... I would much rather break in our engine on a dyno, but its going to be mounted to the airframe.. It would be nice to be able to park it outside the hangar (or on a designated ramp area) to conduct a break-in AND eval of the engine.
